RE: BORN TO BE LOVED

Greetings

Your counsel is so true and relevant.... God's love is the key which opens the door to eternal life. I am mindful of the fact that during the formative years of this world's existence God came very close to destroying every living organism upon the Earth. He lamented for his creation because of the continual evil of human civilization,
The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. So the Lord said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens, for I am sorry that I have made them.” (Gen.6:5-7 ESV).
In fact, God was on the verge of executing His counter-offensive measures: 'OPERATION: DESTROY EARTH' when this happened... "But Noah found FAVOR in the eyes of the LORD" (Gen.6:8) my emphasis. There was a stay of execution for planet Earth. Noah, his immediate family and many species of animals survived because God provided a rescue plan for all humanity, even while planning for Earth's destruction. Sadly, only eight humans listened and were saved. Noah was no spiritual superman... he was simply loved by the LORD. The LORD is always justified when He acts but His actions are never without love. It is the sole reason why this Earth still spins on its axis. This is the very substance of LOVE my friend. FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD....

“People are often unreasonable and self-centered,
forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives,
be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and true enemies,
succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you,
be honest and frank anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous,
be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow,
do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have and it may never be enough,
give your best anyway.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God,
It was never between you and them anyway.”
